A holistic approach to running: blending the knowledge of a Physical Therapist with the training principles of a coach.

Jason helped me drop over 30 minutes off my marathon personal best! He's very accessible and I appreciate how he isn't afraid to make changes on a day to day basis.
We use three core values to assess an athlete and create an individualized program: physical value, training value, and personal value.  Our job as as coach is to blend these values together to get the most out of the athlete.

We blend these three core values using the following formula

Training Value  +  Personal Value  +  Physical Value  =  Performance 
   High               +               High        +           Low           =  poor performance/ injury/ plateau (avoid) 
    High               +               High        +           High          =  marginally improved performance (where we usually are)
    High               +               Low         +           High          =   large improvement (ideal) 
    Low                +               High        +           Low           =  maintain (used to avoid first scenario)
